We have an issue with a cracked chimney lining last year which resulted in a fire at our property. We were advised to use BGD projects to carry out the repairs for us and we are glad that we did. We worked with BGD Projects on our recent Garage Conversion – From the outset, Bart and his team took control of the projects and before they started work made some excellent suggestions that created more space but also reduced the cost of conversion. Our intention is to use the conversion as a summer rental property so ensure that it would be practical was important. BGD Projects gave us a clear time frame for the job, a very clear break down of the costs and also introduced us to all the trades people involved in the project – This was not a big project, but it was important to us and we are delighted with the outcome.
